
Michael first entered the financial services industry in June of 1986. Following in the footsteps of his father, he chose to focus on insurance and launched a successful career at Berkshire Life. After almost 20 years helping clients to meet their insurance needs, Michael changed his focus with the aim of building a client-centric financial planning practice rooted in process. His experience, passion and demeanor are all positive attributes in helping clients forge their own path towards financial independence.
Michael holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the American University. He has also earned the following industry designations: Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA) and Certified 401k Professional (C(k)P).
Michael and his wife of over 31 years have two children, Tyler and Gabrielle along with two dogs, Piper and Ollie. Michael is very passionate about golf and enjoys learning magic. “Who doesn’t like a good illusion?” Michael will say.
